  2. Refrain from touching surfaces with your bare hands. 
  3. Do not touch your face after touching surfaces or others.


Practice Yoga, meditate, breath, read to keep your mind occupied and away from anxiety and worry.

Remember, there are things you cannot control.

There are many apps and videos to help you get started in this practice.

Go for a bike ride, a walk, get your circulation moving.

Eat healthy.
